Our Trainers:  Our trainers are not only certified, but also personally trained by Brett Gunderson.  Through Brett’s personal experience and education, he has developed a unique style and system of training to achieve maximum results in a reasonably short period of time.  Our trainers are dedicated to designing a custom program that fits you and your lifestyle.

Atmosphere:  Elite provides a fun, friendly, and private atmosphere where people come together to reach their goals.  You won’t have to face crowds of people.  There are no crowds or people staring to make you feel uncomfortable.  It’s the place where you belong.

Our Equipment:  Elite is a fully equipped studio with everything you could ever need.  We offer the most advanced machines and cardio equipment currently available.  By using our innovative equipment, you can safely and efficiently achieve the body you have always wanted.   

Nutrition:  Your eating program is designed around you, the foods you prefer and your busy lifestyle. We will design a food plan that is simple, easy to follow and is continuously updated to meet the requirements of your changing body.

Education:  We want you to understand and implement our unique style. We will teach you how your body, training and nutrition all work together to achieve maximum results.
